Notice and Procedure for Making
Claims of Copyright Infringement

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to IWIC’s President at iwic AT gol DOT com..

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Should IWIC conclude there is reasonable concern a copyright infringement has taken place IWIC will, to the best of its ability, ensure the information is removed or that a correction notice, stating the concerns of the parties involved is provided to members. IWIC reserves the right to determine the appropriate procedure and timing for this.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These terms and conditions along with the privacy statement constitute the entire agreement between you and IWIC relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing as a posted change made by IWIC or in a document signed by both parties.

IWIC shall have the right to terminate access to IWIC member services immediately with or without notice to you if such termination is necessary for IWIC, in its reasonable, good faith judgment, to avoid liability or to prevent a service interruption from the service providers that provide access or other telecommunication services to IWIC.
